In Support Of North York’s Women Shelter
Dicle Islamic Society, one of the branches from Anatolian Heritage Federation were able to host their fourth ‘Toronto Ramazan Cadir’ program where they put aid bins to collect food and other necessary needs during month of Ramadan for the people in need. All the aid collected during the month of Ramadan was given to North York Women’s Shelter. After the Food drive in support of North York’s Women Shelter, Northern Lights Relief Foundation stated that they will start two campaigns in Africa, one to open water wells, and the second being cataract surgeries.
