Two teams representing Nile Academy Plunkett Campus won awards at this year’s Sumobot Robotic Engineering Competition at UOIT (University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Overall Nile Academy students placed 3rd among 44 participants from schools all over Ontario.
Kaan Celenk, Taha Cicek and Bahadir Bakdim made up our team which placed 3rd overall.
Baris Gunlu and Necmi Parlak made up our second team which secured a place for themselves in the semi-finals winning that stage’s coveted prize.
