IDI Kitchener-Waterloo Home Iftars
During the Ramadan month, the Intercultural Dialog Institute of Kitchener had organized Iftar dinner programs, called “Meet Your Neighbor”, in which they had opened their houses for non-Muslim Canadian families. The program met with high interest by Canadians, and is an event which had caused the Muslims and non-Muslims in Kitchener Waterloo area, to have healthy dialogues with each other. The authorities of Intercultural Dialogue Institute, who organized the visits and making it possible to create relations between different ethnicities, especially this year, has struggled with the intense requests from the nonMuslim Canadians.
